Detect Thermal Risks. Prevent Fires.
Intelligent early fire detection with sensor technology for proactive fire protection and high plant safety
Thermal anomalies often develop gradually: Loose connections, increasing contact resistance, or overloads can initially go unnoticed. However, even small temperature changes can indicate a developing critical condition. As the situation progresses, this can lead to component damage, equipment downtime, or even a fire.
With Flexora’s innovative, non-invasive sensor solution for early fire detection, you can continuously monitor thermal changes across your equipment – enabling proactive fire protection.
We help prevent critical situations before they occur. With our intelligent early fire detection system, you can monitor temperature development at multiple points inside the control cabinet and reliably detect local hotspots, unusual temperature patterns, and gradual changes at an early stage.

Predictive Maintenance – Minimizing downtime
No more snapshots. Start continuous, comprehensive early fire detection.
Classical preventive fire protection measures often provide only limited insight: Visual inspections and thermal imaging capture snapshots, while individual temperature sensors provide continuous measurements but cover only a limited number of predefined points. Particularly in the case of gradually developing contact problems, overloads, or local hotspots, critical temperature changes can develop between two inspections – long before they become visible during the next check. Continuous thermal imaging is possible, but it is costly and often fails to cover all relevant areas due to blind spots or obstructed views.
Our sensor foils monitor your equipment across the entire surface with numerous measurement points simultaneously – around the clock instead of only through spot checks. The sensor foil can also be integrated into tight and hard-to-access areas and retrofitted without complex wiring.
This creates a new level of proactive fire prevention: risks are not only detected once visible damage has already occurred. Instead, thermal anomalies are identified at an early stage, allowing you to respond quickly and take targeted action.

High plant safety through smart fire protection and predictive maintenance
Detect thermal anomalies and hotspots early on
From fixed inspection intervals to condition-based maintenance
Avoid unplanned outages and costly production downtime
Protect your infrastructure proactively
Based on the data collected, you can identify gradual temperature changes, plan maintenance measures more effectively, and detect unusual operating conditions. In addition to control cabinets, the sensor foils can continuously monitor busbars, cable harnesses, rectifiers, cable ducts and shafts, as well as hard-to-access areas of equipment.

4 steps to maximum plant safety and fire prevention
Apply sensor foil quickly and non-invasively
The 0.5 mm-thin, flexible, self-adhesive sensor foil can be applied directly to critical components for early fire detection in just 2 minutes. Installation is non-invasive – no drilling, no interruption of ongoing operations, and no complex wiring required.
Measure temperatures over a large area
The temperature sensors integrated into the sensor foil continuously capture the temperature distribution across the entire surface and at specific locations, with measurements taken every second. This enables early detection and localization of temperature increases, hotspots, and unusual thermal changes.
Seamlessly transfer & visualize data
The IoT measurement box collects the captured data and seamlessly transmits the measurement values either via wired connections (Modbus RTU/TCP) or wirelessly (BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT) to your PLC, control system, or the Flexora Dashboard.
Two options are available for data analysis:
Your Own Control System: The measurement data flows directly into your existing control or monitoring system (PLC/SCADA). You retain full control and define thresholds for warnings, alarms, or automatic shutdowns directly within your familiar environment.
Flexora Dashboard: Alternatively or in addition, the spatially resolved temperature profiles can be intuitively visualized in the Flexora software.
Proactively prevent fires and outages
By detecting gradual temperature increases and unusual load conditions at an early stage, you can initiate targeted maintenance measures before partial failures or fire damage occur. Benefit from predictive maintenance, high equipment availability, and sustainable fire protection.
